According to police records, KD was a repeat offender previously convicted of stealing cloves in a 2018 case handled by Tabanan Police. In an additional detail that has drawn attention, the motorbike he was riding on the night he died, the same one later set on fire by the crowd, had itself been stolen from neighboring Bangli Regency back in 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
