HEYBALI<\/strong> – A quiet residential street in Canggu became the unlikely setting for a late-night incident after a local resident discovered a foreign man and two women allegedly engaging in a sexual act outside his home.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The incident happened in the early hours of Thursday, August 20, on Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong in Canggu, North Kuta, Badung. The encounter was captured on CCTV and has since circulated widely online, prompting police to investigate.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Resident Heard Whispering Outside His Home<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The homeowner, identified as Julianta, said he was preparing to go to sleep when he heard what sounded like people whispering outside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Curious about the unusual noise at that hour, he checked his CCTV cameras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What he saw was not what he expected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The footage showed two local women and a foreign man gathered directly in front of his house. According to Julianta, the foreign man appeared to take money from his wallet before the alleged sexual activity took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cI saw clearly that there were two women and one foreign man. After seeing that, I immediately went outside,\u201d Julianta said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He decided to confront them rather than simply watch from inside.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They Were Confronted, Then Left on a Motorcycle<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Julianta said he stepped outside and told the three people that the area was not an appropriate place for such behavior.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The group initially moved toward the road before turning into a small lane next to the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julianta followed them and said the three appeared surprisingly unconcerned when confronted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cHe smiled, as if he had done nothing wrong,\u201d Julianta said.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The three eventually left on a scooter, travelling north along Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong with all three riding together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Julianta said the two women were not people he recognized from the neighborhood. Because the incident happened in darkness and the CCTV footage did not capture clear facial details or audio, he could not provide police with a definitive description of the three.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
