Meet & Greet (20-30 minutes): After collecting your luggage, head to the arrival hall where our friendly driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name. The driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your car. If you’ve chosen the Instant SIM card option, you will receive it from the driver at this time. If you selected the eSIM package, your eSIM will already be activated and ready for use upon landing.
Transfer to Your Destination (30-45 minutes): Enjoy a comfortable and air-conditioned ride to your hotel in Kuta, Legian, or Jimbaran. Along the way, relax and take in the first glimpses of Bali’s beautiful landscapes.

If your arrival is delayed beyond this time, there will be an additional charge of $4 per hour. Please ensure to contact us if your flight schedule changes so we can facilitate a smooth pickup.
