Transfer to Destination (30-60 minutes): Enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride to your hotel or villa in Kerobokan, Umalas, Ungasan, Batu Belig Or Sawangan Area. Depending on traffic, the transfer will take between 30 to 60 minutes.

How long will the driver wait for me?
The driver will wait for up to 2 hours after your flight's arrival. If you do not show up and we do not hear from you within that time, our team will have to leave. If you require the driver to wait longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $ 4 (Rp. 60.000) per hour.
How do I collect my SIM card or eSIM?
If you choose the Instant SIM card, you will receive it from our driver upon arrival at the airport. For the eSIM option, it will be activated and ready for use as soon as you land.
How many passengers can the airport transfer accommodate?
The airport transfer vehicle can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers.
Is the SIM card or eSIM compatible with all phones?

What if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. Our driver will wait for you for a maximum of 2 hours. If your arrival is delayed beyond this time, there will be an additional charge of $4 per hour. Please ensure to contact us if your flight schedule changes so we can facilitate a smooth pickup.
