Arrival at Hotel:
Upon reaching your destination, the driver will help unload your luggage and ensure you’re settled at your accommodation.

Check into your hotel or villa and take some time to relax after your journey.

Optional Evening Activities:

If you can't locate your driver, please contact the provided emergency number immediately for assistance.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but is appreciated if you’re satisfied with the service.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for up to 2 hours after your flight's arrival. If you do not show up and we do not hear from you within that time, our team will have to leave. If you require the driver to wait longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $ 4 (Rp. 60.000) per hour.
