Transfer to Destination (100-120 minutes):
Enjoy a comfortable, air-conditioned ride to your hotel or villa in Padang Bay or Candi Dasa Area. Depending on traffic, the transfer will take between 100 to 120 minutes. 

Arrival at Hotel:
Upon reaching your destination, the driver will help unload your luggage and ensure you’re settled at your accommodation.

Check-In:
Check into your hotel or villa and take some time to relax after your journey.

Optional Evening Activities:

  • Travel Time: The transfer to Padang Bay or Candi Dasa Area thypically takes 90-120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please allow extra time during peak travel periods.

  • Payment: Payment can be made in advance or directly to the driver. We accept cash, credit cards, or secure online payment options.

  • Cancellations: Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

If you choose the Instant SIM card, you will receive it from our driver upon arrival at the airport. For the eSIM option, it will be activated and ready for use as soon as you land.

How many passengers can the airport transfer accommodate?

The airport transfer vehicle can comfortably accommodate up to 4 passengers.

Is the SIM card or eSIM compatible with all phones?

The Instant SIM card is compatible with most unlocked GSM phones. The eSIM is supported by devices that have eSIM functionality. Please check your device specifications to ensure compatibility.

If you encounter any problems, please contact our customer support, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change my SIM card or eSIM option after booking?

Changes to your SIM card or eSIM option can be made before your arrival. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What if my flight is delayed?

If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. Our driver will wait for you for a maximum of 2 hours. If your arrival is delayed beyond this time, there will be an additional charge of $4 per hour. Please ensure to contact us if your flight schedule changes so we can facilitate a smooth pickup.

Yes, you can book the package for someone else. Please provide the passenger's details during the booking process.
