Chill Ride to Your Destination (90-120 minutes):
Hop into a comfy, air-conditioned car and enjoy the scenic drive to Ubud, Tanah Lot, or Tabanan. Depending on traffic, you’ll be soaking in the Bali vibes in about an hour or so.

Arrive at Your Place:
You’ve made it! Your driver will help unload your bags, and you’re all set to check in and get comfy at your hotel or villa.

Check-In & Unwind:

  • Luggage Allowance: Each vehicle can accommodate up to 4 passengers with 4 large suitcases and 3 carry-on bags. If you have additional luggage, please inform us in advance so we can arrange a suitable vehicle.

  • Travel Time: The transfer to Ubud, Tabanan and Tanah Lot area  ypically takes 60-120 minutes, depending on traffic conditions. Please allow extra time during peak travel periods.

  • Payment: Payment can be made in advance or directly to the driver. We accept cash, credit cards, or secure online payment options.

  • Cancellations: Free cancellations are available up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Special Requests: If you have any special requests, such as a child seat or additional stops along the way, please let us know when booking, and we will do our best to accommodate.

  • Safety: Our vehicles are regularly sanitized, and our drivers follow health and safety protocols to ensure a safe journey.

The price is per car, not per person. You can bring up to the car’s capacity (usually 4 passengers).

Can I make extra stops during the transfer?

The transfer is direct to your hotel. Extra stops are not included and may incur additional charges.

We track your flight’s status, so your driver will be aware of any delays. However, please make sure to contact us if your flight is delayed or rescheduled earlier to ensure timely adjustments to the pickup time.

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Yes, you can cancel or modify your booking, but please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.

What should I do if I can't find my driver?

If you can't locate your driver, please contact the provided emergency number immediately for assistance.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but is appreciated if you’re satisfied with the service.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for up to 2 hours after your flight's arrival. If you do not show up and we do not hear from you within that time, our team will have to leave. If you require the driver to wait longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $4 (Rp.60.000) per hour.
