Yes, underwater photos and videos using a GoPro are included in the package, so you can capture your snorkeling adventure at all 4 spots.

You should arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in. For the 7:30 AM fastboat, arrive by 7:00 AM. For the 8:00 AM fastboat, arrive by 7:30 AM.

For private snorkeling tours, there is some flexibility to customize the spots if time and sea conditions permit. Please discuss any specific requests with our team in advance.

If sea conditions are not suitable, the tour operator may decide to cancel or modify the snorkeling spots for safety reasons. In such cases, alternative activities or adjustments will be made depending on availability and safety.

Yes, snorkeling equipment (mask, snorkel, and life jacket) is provided for the snorkeling session. If you prefer to use your own equipment, feel free to bring it along.

The tour is designed for 2 to 6 people to ensure a private and exclusive experience. If you have more than 6 people in your group, please contact us for special arrangements.

Hotel pick-up and drop-off service is not included in the package but can be arranged at an additional cost. We highly recommend booking this service for a more comfortable experience.

Cancellations made 48 hours before the tour date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date are non-refundable.

Payment can be made via credit card or cash in Indonesian Rupiah at the meeting point before starting the tour.

If you arrive late and miss your fastboat, no refunds will be provided, and your payment will be considered forfeited. However, we will try to assist in finding an alternative fastboat for a later time. Additional charges may apply for the snorkeling session if a private boat is required, as the sharing boat option will no longer be available.
