Most people don’t realize that Nusa Penida is a big seaweed producer, and visiting the seaweed farms is one of the Nusa Penida secret spots. Hey Bali was invited by the locals to take a walk through a seaweed plantation. They explained how to cultivate it, from planting to harvesting. It was really fun to see this process firsthand, and afterwards, Hey Bali was invited to taste food made from fresh seaweed. The taste? Unique and so fresh!
Stargazing Atop Teletubbies Hill
You might have heard of Teletubbies Hill, which is famous for its undulating green scenery. But what not many people know is that this hill is also one of the best Nusa Penida secret spots for stargazing. Hey Bali spent a night there with friends, and the view of the night sky is absolutely incredible. There’s no light pollution, so you can see thousands of stars clearly. If you’re lucky, you can even see the Milky Way. Super magical!
