Upon landing at Bali's Ngurah Rai International Airport, proceed through immigration and customs.

Meet & Greet (20-30 minutes):
After collecting your luggage, head to the arrival hall where our friendly driver will be waiting with a sign bearing your name. The driver will assist you with your luggage and guide you to your car. If you’ve chosen the Instant SIM card option, you will receive it from the driver at this time. If you selected the eSIM package, your eSIM will already be activated and ready for use upon landing.

Transfer to Your Destination (30-45 minutes):
Enjoy a comfortable and air-conditioned ride to your hotel in Kuta, Legian, or Jimbaran. Along the way, relax and take in the first glimpses of Bali’s beautiful landscapes.

Arrival at Hotel:
Your driver will drop you off directly at your hotel or villa’s entrance. If you need any further assistance, feel free to ask your driver.

Check-In:
After arriving at your hotel, check in and settle into your room. Take some time to unwind after your flight.

Optional Evening Activities:

  • Airport parking is free for the first 2 hours. However, if the duration exceeds 2 hours, you will be responsible for covering the cost of $4 per hour.
  • Our driver will greet you at the airport arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to your flight schedule.
  • The transfer includes space for up to one large suitcase and one carry-on per person. If you have extra or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance.
  • The transfer from Bali Airport to Kuta, Legian, or Jimbaran typically takes 30-45 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.

If your flight is delayed, please inform us as soon as possible. Our driver will wait for you for a maximum of 2 hours. If your arrival is delayed beyond this time, there will be an additional charge of $4 per hour. Please ensure to contact us if your flight schedule changes so we can facilitate a smooth pickup.
