  • Airport parking is free for the first 2 hours. However, if the duration exceeds 2 hours, you will be responsible for covering the cost of Rp. 10.000 per hour.
  • Our driver will greet you at the airport arrival hall with a sign displaying your name. Please inform us in advance if there are any changes to your flight schedule.
  • The transfer includes space for up to one large suitcase and one carry-on per person. If you have extra or oversized luggage, please inform us in advance.
  • The transfer from Bali Airport to Kerobokan, Batu Belig, Umalas, Sawangan & Ungasan Area typically takes 60-90 minutes, depending on traffic conditions.
  • Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee of Rp. 100,000. Please request in advance to ensure availability.

If you can't locate your driver, please contact the provided emergency number immediately for assistance.

Is tipping required?

Tipping is not required but is appreciated if you’re satisfied with the service.

How long will the driver wait for me?

The driver will wait for up to 2 hours after your flight's arrival. If you do not show up and we do not hear from you within that time, our team will have to leave. If you require the driver to wait longer than 2 hours, there will be an additional charge of $4 (Rp. 60.000) per hour.
