Badung, Bali, Indonesia, 23rd Oct 2025 – PT Hey Timur Indonesia, a Bali-based company, has introduced Hey Bali, a visitor support initiative focused on easing common travel challenges such as plug compatibility and misplaced belongings. Launched in mid-2023, the program has already assisted international travelers across major tourist areas in Bali.

One of Hey Bali’s key services provides travel adapters suitable for Indonesia’s Type C and F sockets. Adapters are available at the Hey Bali center located at Jl. Kubu Anyar No. 88x, Kuta – Badung, Bali. The center operates daily from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., with visitors also able to coordinate pickup through WhatsApp (+62 811 281 407). Each visiting party may obtain one adapter per trip to support sustainable reuse and minimize electronic waste.

“We recognized that simple issues like plug differences can cause unnecessary frustration for travelers,” said Giostanovlatto Sinantong, Founder and Managing Director of PT Hey Timur Indonesia. “Our goal is to make travel more convenient while reflecting Bali’s values of cooperation and community.”

Hey Bali also operates a lost-item assistance service to help guests recover belongings left behind during their stay. The team coordinates retrieval with accommodation providers and arranges return shipping through international courier services chosen by the traveler. On average, the service assists 20 to 30 travelers each month.

To further support convenience, Hey Bali provides luggage storage at its Kuta facility. The service is available daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. at IDR 20,000 per item per day, allowing visitors to explore the island without carrying bags after checkout or before their flights.

“This initiative represents our company’s commitment to responsible tourism and reliable visitor assistance,” Giostanovlatto Sinantong added. “By addressing everyday travel needs, we hope to contribute positively to the visitor experience in Bali.”
