The footage, which has been widely shared online, shows a shirtless foreign national behaving erratically while confronting local residents and motorcyclists. Witnesses claim the man intimidated several people before turning his attention toward individuals who began recording the incident and contacting authorities.

The person who recorded the footage claims he suffered injuries during the incident and later sought medical treatment before filing a formal police report.
