HEYBALI – A CCTV recording allegedly showing a foreign man with two women engaged in a sexual act outside a resident’s home in Canggu, one of Bali’s busiest international neighborhoods, has gone viral on social media.
The footage, which is more than a minute long, appears to show the incident taking place at about 2:35 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2026, according to the timestamp visible on the recording.
The exact location and identities of the three people have not been confirmed.
CCTV Shows Three People Outside a Garage
In the footage, a foreign man can be seen standing near the corner of what appears to be a residential garage.
One of the two women is then seen engaging in an apparent sexual act with the man. The second woman remains nearby, appearing to watch the surroundings.
The encounter suddenly stops when the second woman appears to notice a CCTV camera mounted above the area.
She alerts the other woman, who stops what she is doing. The three then begin leaving the property.
The two women leave first, followed shortly afterward by the foreign man.
The Location Appears to Be a Residential Property
The video has attracted attention not simply because of what it appears to show, but because the incident allegedly took place outside a private residence.
Canggu, in North Kuta, Badung Regency, has become one of Bali’s most heavily visited areas, with a large population of tourists, expatriates and foreign residents. Its nightlife and late-night activity have also made the neighborhood a frequent focus of public discussion over how visitors behave in residential areas.
In this case, however, the exact address has not been independently confirmed.
The footage alone also does not establish who the people are or whether they were connected to the property.

As of Thursday, the identities of the foreign man and the two women remain unknown.
The Instagram account that posted the CCTV footage had not responded to requests for comment at the time of publication.
