BADUNG, Bali — Whether you’re chasing waves in Uluwatu, meditating in Ubud, or navigating the lively streets of Canggu, the stars have a little something to say about how your day might unfold.

Here’s your zodiac forecast for Monday, March 23, 2026—with a Balinese twist to help you plan where to go and what to do.

Aries (March 20 – April 19)

Bold decisions bring rewards. Don’t hesitate.

“Bali Is Hell”: A French Tourist’s Viral Rant and What It Reveals About the Island’s Growing Pains

Rolling in Mud for Content: A Bali Tourist’s Viral Stunt Draws Backlash and a Warning

Aries, your energy is best matched with action. Skip the slow mornings and head somewhere that matches your fire—Mount Batur for a sunrise trek, or Canggu for an afternoon of powerful waves. Today, you’re not meant to wait. If a new opportunity calls, answer it.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Canggu or Mount Batur
✨ Mantra: Berani, karena kesempatan tidak datang dua kali. / Be bold, because opportunity does not come twice.

Taurus (April 20 – May 19)

Trust slowly. Look beyond the surface.

Taurus, you value comfort, but today asks for discernment. A generous offer may not be what it seems. Spend your day in places that ground you—Jatiluwih Rice Terraces or a quiet café in Sanur. Let beauty reveal itself slowly.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Jatiluwih or Sanur
✨ Mantra: Pelan-pelan asal pasti. / Slowly but surely.

Gemini (May 20 – June 20)

Stop overthinking. Start moving.

Gemini, your mind is buzzing, but clarity comes through action. Instead of weighing every option, let your curiosity lead you to Ubud’s art markets or Seminyak’s creative hubs. A chance encounter could shift your perspective.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Ubud or Seminyak
✨ Mantra: Gerak adalah jawaban. / Movement is the answer.

Cancer (June 21 – July 21)

Protect your peace. Let the rest go.

Cancer, your heart is tender, and today you need places that hold you gently. Spend time near water—Nusa Dua beaches or the calm shores of Amed. Let the ocean remind you that not everything requires a reaction.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Nusa Dua or Amed
✨ Mantra: Air laut tahu kapan harus tenang. / The ocean knows when to be still.

Leo (July 22 – August 22)

Let your light speak for itself.

Leo, you don’t need to convince anyone of your worth today. Let your presence do the talking. A sunset at Uluwatu or a stylish dinner in Seminyak will remind you why you shine without trying.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Uluwatu or Seminyak
✨ Mantra: Cahayaku cukup terang tanpa harus berteriak. / My light is bright enough without needing to shout.

Virgo (August 23 – September 21)

Do the work. Trust the process.

Virgo, you thrive on order, and today rewards discipline. A day spent exploring Tenganan Village or fine-tuning a project in Denpasar will bring quiet satisfaction. Structure is your superpower—use it.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Tenganan or Denpasar
✨ Mantra: Rapi bukan kaku, disiplin bukan terburu. / Order is not rigidity; discipline is not haste.

Libra (September 22 – October 22)

Clear the air. Restore harmony.

Libra, balance is your gift, but unresolved tension will weigh you down. Head somewhere open and social—Jimbaran Bay for seafood by the water, or a collaborative space in Pererenan—where conversations flow and things settle back into place.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Jimbaran or Pererenan
✨ Mantra: Harmoni lahir dari keberanian bicara jujur. / Harmony is born from the courage to speak honestly.

Scorpio (October 23 – November 21)

Listen with depth. Trust your instincts.

Scorpio, your intuition is sharp today. Let it guide you toward places with mystery and meaning—Pura Lempuyang, the quiet cliffs of Uluwatu, or a hidden waterfall in Buleleng. The answers you seek are already within you.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Pura Lempuyang or Buleleng
✨ Mantra: Keheningan bukan kosong, tapi penuh makna. / Silence is not emptiness; it is full of meaning.

Sagittarius (November 22 – December 20)

Follow your own path. No explanations needed.

Sagittarius, you were made for adventure. Today, let your freedom-loving spirit lead you to open roads—West Bali National Park, the hills of Munduk, or a spontaneous drive along the coast. Your way is the right way.

🌀 Best Bali destination: West Bali National Park or Munduk
✨ Mantra: Jalanku, bukan jalannya semua orang. / My path, not everyone else’s.

Capricorn (December 21 – January 19)

Consistency builds empires. Stay steady.

Capricorn, your discipline is paying off. A day focused on long-term goals fits you best—Nusa Penida for quiet contemplation, or Sanur for steady progress. The foundation you build now will hold.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Nusa Penida or Sanur
✨ Mantra: Kuat bukan karena cepat, tapi karena konsisten. / Strength comes not from speed, but from consistency.

Aquarius (January 20 – February 17)

Stay curious. Stay present.

Aquarius, your mind may drift toward the future, but today asks you to land where you are. Visit Karangasem’s water palaces, explore Sidemen, or lose yourself in a local market. Inspiration hides in the here and now.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Sidemen or Karangasem
✨ Mantra: Masa depan dimulai dari sini. / The future begins here.

Pisces (February 18 – March 19)

Turn worry into wonder.

Pisces, your imagination is powerful—don’t let it spiral into doubt. Let the gentle rhythm of Lovina or a sunrise at Tejakula remind you that uncertainty is just possibility in disguise.

🌀 Best Bali destination: Lovina or Tejakula
✨ Mantra: Apa yang aku bayangkan, bisa aku wujudkan. / What I imagine, I can create.

A Final Note

Whether you read your horoscope for guidance or just for fun, Monday’s forecast offers a gentle reminder: the stars may influence, but they do not decide. In Bali—as in life—the choices you make, the energy you bring, and the people you surround yourself with matter as much as any celestial alignment.

Hey Bali News tip: Use today’s cosmic insights as a conversation starter—whether at a beachside café, a co-working space, or a local warung. You might be surprised how many people in Bali are just as curious about what the stars have to say.

  • A viral video posted on December 20, 2025, has drawn renewed attention to street safety in one of Bali’s most popular areas. The footage shows a Russian national targeted in a daylight snatch attempt while walking through Canggu. Captured on CCTV and followed by the victim’s own emotional recording, the video documents the moment a motorcycle rider approached from behind and attempted to grab her phone. The attempt failed when the device slipped and shattered on the road, but the impact went far beyond physical damage. In her follow-up video, the victim appears visibly shaken, saying she no longer feels safe walking in Bali. While her phone was not stolen, the psychological toll was immediate and profound. The incident has since sparked intense discussion among tourists, expats, and long-term residents about pedestrian safety in areas long perceived as vibrant and secure. Canggu has become a global hub for digital nomads and travelers, but rapid growth, congestion, and crowded streets have also created new challenges.
